Country Roads...


        A rainy weekend is in store as much of the area is expected to receive at least one inch of rain through Sunday, especially along and east of I-135.. Chances for at least two inches of rain are greatest in southeast Kansas.
      
        Chances for showers and storms will persist through Memorial Day for a majority of the area. Temperatures will remain slightly below normal for this time of year through Tuesday, with highs forecast to reach the 60s and low 70s.
      
        Several rounds of showers and storms are expected on Friday. Hail up to golf ball size, gusty winds, and heavy rain will be the primary threats.
